RoomHive
The service
RoomHive provides software for hostel and PG operators to manage properties, beds, bookings, tenants, KYC documents, rent records and invoices.
Subscriptions & renewal
Plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price shown at purchase, until cancelled. The introductory first month on the Monthly plan is a paid trial, not a free trial. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
Your data
You own the property and tenant data you enter. When a subscription ends, your account becomes read-only; your data is retained and can be exported. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your tenants' personal data and documents.
Rent and payments between you and tenants
Rent, deposits and other charges are agreements between you and your tenants. RoomHive records these transactions but is not a party to them, and manually recorded payments are not verified by a payment provider.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law.
